I want i website made by another guy.

Why?

Cause i suck in making webpages.

Make me one and i'll be really happy.

I won't do anything for you then! I have enough going on: I work 42 hours a week (and don't get paid enough) and then work on my OWN website and another website project that I'm working on right now that I barely have time for. So if you have that attitude, no one's going to do anything for you.

I suggest that you learn: http://www.w3schools.com is a good place to start learning.

100 credits for what? I don't know that site, I don't belong to that site. Credits mean squat to me. If you won't learn, then how are you supposed to run that site? Osmosis? I think not!

I think you need to find some sucker to do it for you along with all of your updating and everything else, because it won't be YOUR website it would be THAT PERSON'S website.
