No, there's no way in hell we should take out religion. And what the hell is with you saying this is a holy war? You don't have any evidence to back urself up because the US would just as readily bitch slap France if it started struting in front of us too. The only reason these people think it's a holy war is because they are told by their leaders that it is. And because they only have a third grade education, they believe the leaders and start burning American flags.
