What Programs to draw good graphics

I want to make my flashs really nice and professional looking, but i cant really draw pics with psp 7, so is there a better program for drawing graphics from scratch?

Flash 5 or Flash MX are pretty good, I use them.

im a real newb when it comes to flash, but whats the difference between Flash and Flash MX?

I use Flash 5, because I think its easier to make Flash in it. But MX is the new version, and I dont think its any difference. I own them both, but use Flash 5, its better.

MX is better for coding, my opinion is.

I don't think there's any big difference with flash 5 or MX, i've learn't a good deal of sprite animating in flash 5 (i think it's easier to learn it in flash 5), but when i was gonna make it in Mx, it was almost already expired.

Jaha, jag tycker i alla fall det är enklare med Flash 5, i MX är det så jävla mycket tjafs på rutan samtidigt. Och användargränssnittet är krångligare, så Flash 5 är mycket bättre. Eller? Men jag har båda så jag borde börja använda MX.
