because of too many rudeness from many angry peace protestors. i come to realisation. is it ok to scold vulgar like FUCK U, BUSH? this kind of vulgar to some authority which 50% of US citizens voted in favour of him? even though in the end, he's anointed by the selected few.

in Eminem records, the Eminem Show. White America. he scolds an anthority. "FUCK you Ms Cheney! Fuck you Tippee Gore! FUCK you with the freest of speech this divided states of embarassment will allow me to have, Fuck You"

i guess this kind of song is simply too much to take. it's kind of treason. it's should be banned.

using vulgar to scold an anthority in public, or poke fun of him or her. it's simply rude and the person should be in jail.

Clean gov't deserve some respect.

you can disapprove what he or she is doing but showing your reasons which is appropriate and not out of point.

but not insulting or make fun of him or her.

implodinggoat is right. This is free speech. Much in the same fashion Eminem has the right to publicly insult someone, another has the right to return the insult (as long as it's not threatening) or speak out against the insult. However, I don't think it's unlawful, nonetheless treason. If Eminem doesn't think he has the right number of rights he should have, or if he thinks he's being deprived of those rights he already has then he has at least the right to speak out about it.

However, insulting someone doesn’t solve anything. It may be amusing, but in the end, it’s worthless.

Don't you EVER tell anyone who they should praise or who should deserve respect. Nobody deserves respect. NOBODY. Never!!! It's earned and it's earned to each and every person. Well, that's fine to praise a good deed... if you think it's a good deed. Not everyone would think the deed is good. When you said deserved respect, I took it as if I'm forced to give that person respect, regardless of if I think that person isn't worth my respect. We know who isn't worth Eminem's respect. He can disrespect and insult whoever he pleases. Hell, Eminem isn't worth your respect and it's perfectly fine. You respect who you want.

granted the framers of the constitution probably werent thinking of the exact words people would say they did put the first amendment there to make sure people could disagree with the government... and bush only got like 48% (of the vote, which is like 1% less than gore... give or take)

A judge has to dismiss the case If they cant prove they commited a crime. If there werent any restrictions he would be legally bound to dismiss the case, and if he didnt the person would get an appeal.

Not too long ago a man killed a politician and some other guy. His case was that he killed them because he ate too much junk food. He won. If we didnt have restrictions the judge would have to dismiss the case against the man who killed the president because it was protected under the first amendment.
