The Brush Tool Has Messed Up

It used to work normally, when i use the brush tool and make an outline for something, it makes that outline, but now, when i draw a circle or any sealed shape, it just fills in that shape, and when i dont make a sealed shape with the brush tool, it just doesnt do anything!

If you know what i've accidentally clicked or something, please help!

If u come down to last results reinstalling usually works... u dont lose any saved .fla files u just reinstall the program

I tried everything, then just restarted the PC and it was all fine again :)

It happens sometimes when you're drawing inside a movie clip.
When it happens, I inverse the movie clip by rotating it, it works fine afterwards.
