Rescripting Video Games

It would help if you told us what language you want to use and what you KNOW. You can't just recode a video game with no knowledge at all, especially because it can take years to learn a langauge.

Yes. I want to just change some parts of the game. Playstation 2 and Gamecube discs.

Don't even try dude. If you don't know how to program then this is one of the least tangible things you could try to start with.
