in dreamweaver>manage sites>advanced> i cant figure out wat to put in the three boxes... access, FTP host, and host directory... I have hosting from admhosting and I can view all of my account info, but i still cant seem to plug in the right combination to get it to work, so someone that knows how to do this please help thanks

I don't use DWs FTP but adm should have a list of everything that you need to connect to FTP (located in cpanel). But since DW is slightly different, you might want to actually contact Taylor and ask him about it.

FTP host would probably be something along the lines of ftp.admhosting.net and host directory would be the directory relative to your FTP root you want your site to be in.
Login is pretty self-explanatory and the URL prefix should be too. If your site is m33p.admhosting.net and the folder you operate in would be hello, you'd put an URL prefix like this: http://m33P.admhosting.net/hello/
