GOD DAMN IT!!!!! I thought you said the most cruel way, I don't know how I read that. Anyway the most 'humane' way to kill a person I guess would be lethal injection. But in this case do so while they're sleeping. Maybe as you say, put a sedative in their last meal, and then lethally inject them.

Alternatively a pretty demeaning and cruel way to kill them would be to hack their throat open, but make sure you miss the jugular and wind pipe. Close off their mouth and make a small hole in the windpipe (yes they can breathe fine through this hole) and periodicallyfuck it. You get your dick rock hard and pound into his windpipe just ripping it apart. I reckon that's a pretty gruesome way to die.

I vote that there is no best way to kill a human being, as all ways are evil ways.

There are more efficient ways, messier ways, or cheaper ways.

In reality, there is a limit to how human you can make a killing. The guillotine is as painless as lethal injection, but is considered more inhumane because of it's connotations to the comity of public safety, as well as the blood that is created. Honestly i don't really care about the blood, since as i seem to recall, the point of human execution is to cause as little pain as possible.

Maybe if they invent a cauterized guillotine... a light saber of sorts.

Efficiency is a measure of 'better', so too cost-effectiveness. It's very valid to argue that there are better ways to kill someone, especially when you stipulate the criteria. In this case it was 'most painless way to kill someone'. Therefore killing someone by severing their limbs off with a rusty blade versus lethal injection, I think it's quite clear which one is the better way to kill someone.

The best way to kill someone is to shoot them in their brainstem, ensuring an instant death.

Guillitine always makes a clean cut, as long as the "exercise" is performed in the right way.

Well dude, when you die it is without a doubt the most painful experience known to man, to feel your soul or feel the life ripping out of your body would be painful as hell!

Like the nerves you have in your body, to feel them all shutting down er like if you stopped breathing and your heart stopped but you were still conscious, all ofyour nerves would be stinging and your brain would automatically shut down to put you out of your misery.
That is more of a self defense mechanism, maybe its physical or spiritual, to touch a certain part or destroy part of your brain could do it, shut it completely down like an off switch.
That would be the least painful I think, numb ur head, cut a hole in it, and touch or cut part of the brain.

Souls are a fairytale. Death in some cases is painless.

How would you know? Just because someone is not screaming in pain doesn't mean they're aren't feeling anything, just because an unborn child isn't fully developed doesn't mean it can't feel itself being ripped apart being aborted.

And I do believe there are "better" ways to death.

If anything... I'm trying to invoke people to think about the human condition in thinking of the quickest and least painful way to end a life.

That sort of reminds me of when I had to kill... (a turkey.) here's the story of my kill...
About one two Thanksgivings ago, I killed a turkey in my backyard. A huge turkey, one that I had to literally ride on. I think I remember it because I wasn't able to kill it quickly. I was too kind hearted, I think... Sliced its throat partially.

When I saw it bleeding and frantic-- I felt terrible. Not because I had to kill... but the way I was killing it. It was in that moment that I realized that certain killings are more horrible than others. I realized that I had to grab on hard and, at least for a second, without mercy-- until I made sure it died.

I certainly believe certain killing methods are more humaine than others.

Death penalty is something that happens, and knowing the type of death that doesn' produce much or no suffering is the most important thing we can do for the person who we're executing. (And I'm talking besides granting a pardon...)

you can do 1 of three things to someone on deathrow,

1) Beat them to death with a box of poptarts : ) ( only the cherry ones )
2) dress them up like hitler and make them walk around a jewish neighborhood
3) woodchipper ( do I need to say much more )

Put a murdurer in a room with a gun with a single bullet in it, and force him to watch every movie on NG that scored between a 1.0 and 1.25 1,000 times in a row.

Chopping off someone's head is always too messy though.

The 'best' way too kill someone without being cruel is a tricky prospect. I for one don't give a shit, but some people actually care if someone feels pain before they die. I mean, they die anyway, so wether it's a sedated quick and painless deal or if it's gassing them with chlorine so their lungs dissolve on the inside and they literally cough up their lungs in the form of a pink foam. Either way, they're dead.

But you hit the molten rock first before sinking into it as it burns away at you, with enough pain to make that single moment feel like lifetimes of agony. So, it isn't instant.

As altanese-mistress stated, it is an immoral act and as well as psychologically damaging. If one is going to kill, why not make it as immoral as possible? Better yet, as evil as possible.

I always thought getting them to follow u somewhere secluded and then pull out a gun with one bullet in it(make sure u have gloves on and scraped away serial number)and tell them to either shoot them selve in the head and if they dont u will kill there whole family and in the case he turns the gum make sure ur in something or behind something

Anyway, back on topic, besides the most reasonable answer of beheading by guillotine, I would have to run with the idea of sedating the person, then injecting a small amount of air into the blood stream, resulting in a heart attack when the air reaches the heart.

Yes, I know it is the same manner of death as lethal injection, however in my method we only require the sedative, not the killing reagent which is replaced by common air, thus making it slightly cheaper.
