I'm a Christian. Not by force either, I choose to be.

My family is Christian, but I believe in nothing of the religion. And some people who are christian pressure and hate all those who aren't (it happens with the teachers in my school).

I think I would die in a catholic school, what kind of religious education is going on there? What do you have to do in comparison with "normal" schools?

At our school, we hardly pray, we should, but we don't. When supply teachers come, we pray alot more.

Public school = normal school, where religion has no place, thank Dog.

I'm not a religeous person, I was baptised when I was born, and I rememember going to church once or twice when I was very young, but I found it very boring. And I didn't like the thought of some omnipotent being watching me take ashit or play with myself. So I decided that I didn't believe in christianity.
But I do believe that theres another place after we die and maybe some sort of karma aspect going on there too. But who knows?

No, you missunderstand me, i mean these "catholic" schools are an outstreched form of standard schools because there is more "religious content" in them.
I didn't say that "normal schools" are unreligious

If you had said that during the medievil period you would have been stoned to death.
And I ain't talkin aabout no weed either.
PS2_lover_666 if you are a christian then why would you have the mark of the beast in your name?
Or do you practice that side of christianity? Satanism is part of christianity isn't it?
heheheh, like you could say your a christian yet had 666 tattood on your head...

I've been told that 666 doesnt represent the devil, it had something to do with Nero, the emperor of Rome. I can't remember exactly, i'll look it up.

I can't stand what christianity has come to stand for.. people don't believe in god.. they fear him, thats not how it should be.. your god is supposed to be all loving and all forgiving, yet there is hell that you get sent to if you fuck up.
I believe that if you live your life well, and be a good person, then whichever religion is correct you will be forgiven for being blind. But then again i believe that either All religions are correct, or none are.. because they all have the same priciples.. its just Gods way of teaching the people of that enviroment... its all.. oh whats the word... culteral? Maybe.. can't think too stoned.
I myself, have only recently become.. religious.. if you can call it that.. i've always been spitual.. and now i know why.. but i am not going into that.. Lets just say it has something to do with being a pagan...
that gives half of it away... or does it?

I'm a Christian. However, my views are totally different from that of any normal Christian. I would be burned at the stake if these were those kind of days. In fact my views are so different, not many people would understand it, not just the majority of the Christian population. LOL!
Anyway. Most people who are Atheist usually think that all Christians are bad and that they all push their views on others. Basically bashing a Christian for being a Christian and thinking they are all bible thumping, concert protesting, close minded people.
Which makes those people just as close minded. I kind of get annoyed at the Christians who do act that way, because they're giving people like me a bad name. Sometimes, I feel ashamed calling myself a Christian because the term now doesn't mean what it should. People hear "Christian" and think that they're going to hear some lecture on God or Moral.
However, I get annoyed with anyone else who is close minded and set in their own ways. I'm always open for discussion. Others should be too.

yeah it really sucks when its forced on you.. i mean if a kid is told to do something he immediately does the other.. so if religion is forced on them.. they won't want it.. and religion is supposed to be about choice..
When i lived in america for a year as a young teenager, my girlfriend at the time was forced to be confirmed and everything.. yet she didn't believe any of it.. and her father would beat her if she missed church and stuff.
You americans don't do things by halfs....
...xcept your alcohol is weaker.. but then i don't drink anymore so it doesn't bother me :)
