how do ya make snow on gif?

You mean like static? or real snow? (static is like on the tv whne u have no channles ;)

But either way, you're in the wrong forum, because u don't need any scripting what so ever for that, just animate it(i think)
Try the Flash forum (if ur using flash) or just the General for a more specific awnser
