If anyone is interested, here's a link to show you how to watch Iraqi TV on the web. I can't verify that it works, I haven't tried it. But it looks legit.

We knocked it out for a while, then they got back up on the air with a weaker signal. Did they knock it out again? I haven't heard.

The link does work. You have to set up a proxy server though. (They only allow IPs from the Netherlands to have access.) The link above tells how to do set your computer's proxy server if you don't know how. It's relatively easy. Hell, I could do it.
