Horizontal submenu fuck shit

I want a simple submenu with additional text links to appear under the main navigation when you hover the "clusters" button. Can someone write/link to a small script for this?

Don't know where you got it but http://www.dynamicdrive.com has menus that you can grab and use that will do what you want (for those who may be reading this who have no clue what you're talking about).
