Every so often when i'm really tired (usually during school(Math or science))
The Steps i'll grab the seat of the chair
i push my stomach forward while moving my shoulders back
I put as much starin on a possible without farting (funnily enough that can happen).
Every so often my back will crack and im not sure what but i get this feeling that really hard to explain so i have 2 examples.
-It feels like i've just had a drag and then it stops in about 5 seconds
-It feels like i've lost all my momerios and feelings. The Feelings reset and i feel wide awake as well as a headache. I lose all my momeries including where i am for about 3 seconds. This may not seem like much but when you cant remember who you are and where you are for 3 seconds it feels a lot longer then that.
Has any one else felt this. I hope i'm not the only one cause that would be freaky.
Any suggestion to why this happends. I think its a few seconds of no air to my head (litarally).
Sorry for making this so long but this has been a big deal for the past 3 weeks and a few answers would be awsome
I have, but it feels refreshing for me.
sorry, i don't have any suggestions for you. :(
I got nothin'
By all means it feels refreshing to me too. Thats why i do it pretty much every day *realises how gross that sounds*
my god sorry for double posting but noone else has any advice or has ever experienced it
Me and my friends used to do that back in middle school. But you would press the persons crossed arms into their chest while they were up against a wall, or something. When my turn came around, I fell right to the ground, headfirst into the mulch. Funny image.

Can you explain how to do it in more detail? I want to have fun too...
Where do you grab the seat of the chair? At the front or back?
Do you lean back in your chair when you do it?
I want to forget who I am, sounds fun.
