It's too wide for an 800px wide screen resolution. Your colors need work too. They don't match, especially the blue and red font. I can barely see "Latest Forum Activity." Your "featured" section looks terrible. "Free For All" is too bright (you don't want to blind the user.
Anyway, I don't have time to look at it all. I have about a half hr left here at work and have stuff to finish.

You didn't exactly say what you wanted us to tell you about your page so I told you about how terrible some parts of the layout are.

It looks nice, the only things that bother me are that the flash banner doesn't seem to go with the rest of the site, at least color wise, and those circles at the top of the layout are cut off on the sides, it makes it look unfinished.

On the free for all page the Page Drawer does not seem to work. Also you cannot view a flash, you get errors like these:
Warning: getimagesize() [function.getimagesize]: php_network_getaddresses: getaddrinfo failed: Name or service not known in /home/sknino/public_html/web/inc/fshow.php on line 6
Warning: getimagesize(http://get.recgr.com/i/relaxg ame.swf) [function.getimagesize]: failed to open stream: Permission denied in /home/sknino/public_html/web/inc/fshow.php on line 6
Other then that I like it.

I have a few suggestions:
I don't always want to download everything so i think you should make a Flash audio player, because i might want to preview it before downloading. Or at least just give a 20 second clip, even if it has to be an <embed> one.
Give a examples of the scripts, and have it so we can just copy and paste it. We don't always want to download lots of files just to check out the script.
Have another link back to the homepage, or make the whole banner a link back.

it look's really nice, the only thing i don't like, is the banner, i think you could make some buttons, that look so much better, and the flash header, it seem's, out of place?
Overall though, i like the features, and the layout is smotth, and not cramped.
So 8/10

Not bad, but your banner doesn't look nice on a 1600x1200 screen :P It doesn't blend correctly to be put on repeat-x =/

I like the design Nino. It looks pretty good.
If you just fix those PHP errors, I think it's great.

I'm gonna ANSWER NOW

The Flash banner is mostly green, as the top of the page is. Then page bcg starts the blue colors.
The circles? look @ it via IE, it fits there. Most people use IE, so I kept it so. But I'm gonna add some selfcheck to make it nicer for Firefox as well.

I know, I touched the httpd.conf so it needs some time to propage the new settings.

Good idea

People are always abusing this. But I might add something.
Have another link back to the homepage, or make the whole banner a link back.
I don't think so. If you look closer, at the page footer, on the both left and right sides, on the ends, you have a link to go back to top. From there you can easily go back to index.

Buttons? You mean the navigation? Well, what?

I know, they need to propagate.

You should use that javascript that's out in order to get around the IE problem with the "click here to active this feature" bs too.

I dunno. Go onto afro-ninja.com and see if there's a problem with the flash headers w/IE 7 since Shawn uses that javascript to get around that IE problem.

I've done that for Flash pages, but not for banner. Will be done though.

Were talking about the "get rid of the ActiveX control" thing.
Afro-Ninja.com shows the ActiveX control, so im guessing it dosent work in IE7.
Anyone back this up ?

That's what I'm talking about. I don't have problems with IE 6 and I refuse to get IE 7 at this point, so I don't see the activex control bs.

I didn't see that >=/
Might be because I viewed it in IE Tab tho, it's the only possible way for me to use IE7 :P

Enhanced!
What do you think?
(some subdomains are still down, so Flash, Featured and perhaps something more won't work)

I like the added 'Featured' thingy.
Also, why do you always post song lyrics?
not meant in a negative way, more a curios.

You mean Random Picks right? Featured was there since the begging. Section Featured is "deprecated". It's done via GD, but apparently, there's another version of GD on recgr.com than on my localhost. Will be fixed though.

I don't always, but in the last time I do it rather often, you're correct. Well I dunno, some songs have special meaning to be so I post them.
Example:
News Shape Shift
Lyrics of Green Day - Blvd. of Broken Dreams
I don't listen to Green Day, but RG2 got FINALLY RELEASED and I decided to post a song which won many awards.
Even though codename Shape Shift was inspired my Metallica's song OF WOLF AND MAN:
...
Off through the new day's mist i run
out from the new day's mist I have come
we shift
pulsing with the earth
company we keep
roaming the land while you sleep
(shape shift) nose to the wind
(shape shift) feeling I've been
(shape shift) all senses clean
(earth's gift)back to the meaning, Back to the meaning of... LIFE
...
Metallica have special meaning to be because it entered me to Heavy Metal, which led me to Punk.
News Recruiting Grounds 2 - AP
Guns 'n' Roses' November Rain is the most influential reason why I finished RG2 up to 1st November.
And yes, that News-menager is powered by my Recruiting Parser , which is also gonna be released (aprox. for a month or so since it's big). And I made a [lyrics]...[/lyrics] thing so I it auto-formats my lyrics.
