My fellow Newgrounders,

Many of you already know me as I have diligently fought for Christ on the BBS, and with virtually no success I have attempted to save the numerous members of the lost on this website. I have long since been considering different means of witnessing, and have wondered what I could possibly do better to share the Word of God with such a lively community. I regret to announce that I will no longer be attempting to spread the Word of God on these forums for I have recieved the following message from Proteas:

"I respect the fact that you're trying to win souls for Christ on the bbs, but from one believer to another I think there is something you should read...."

Note: I know you all despise this site, but it was sent to me by Proteas so please glance it at the very least.

God tells us in the Scriptures that our time on this Earth is short and we should not focus our energy on converting the stubborn and the belligerent if they have firmly damned themselves. I really hate to simply give up on you all, I am saddened from the bottom of my heart. Nonetheless, I have done everything I can think of. This will be the last time you see a witnessing message from me. I truely hope that you eventually embrace the Love of Christ one day...

STOP believing that just because someone doesn't believe in Jesus that they will go to Hell, or need to be "saved". That's a stigma associated with Fundamentalist interpretations. Do you really think Jesus is gonna deny a good man access to Paradise because he didn't believe in him on Earth, or because he devoutly followed another religion that teaches similar messages? FUCK NO! I highly doubt the Good Lord is as strict and stingent as to deny Ghandi into heaven simply because he didn't believe Jesus was the Messiah.....

Exactly, the Abrahamic view of god being just and all loving means that god would not deny a good person from going to paradise if they did not believe in him. Afterall, didn't got give mankind rationality and thus if one uses this gift god "gave" them to come to the conclusion that god doesn't exist god wouldn't mind aslong as the person lived a good life.

Yup. Unfortunately he also gave us Free Will, which means some people don't exercize rationality......

That's why I love JP2 so much. He did more to unite the Three religions (Christianity, Islam, Judaism) than his predecessors.

He basically saw what was happening and said, "this is stupid. Why are we fighing each other when we all believe in the SAME DAMN THING?", and then (like a true MAN, and opposite of most members here who just bitch and do nothing to FIX problems) went out and brought the three closer together than they've ever been before......

Ok Proteas dude. I know how hard it must be patrolling around blocking people's access to post on the BBS if they brake rules but just getting rid of this guy isnt going to solve anything.

It might have had something to do with the tremendous corruption of the Catholic church from Roman times onward. Im PRETTY sure it doesnt say anywhere in the Bible you can buy your way into Heaven with an indulgence. As a matter of fact, I believe it expressly says its harder for a rich man to enter Heaven than for a camel to pass through the eye of a needle.

I mean, lets not play. The Roman Catholic Church is possibly one of the most corrupt institutions EVER in history. I mean, they let a BORGIA, the Italian family renowned for their table manners (generally speaking, if you eat at the Borgias house it might be your last meal. They really liked poisoning people), be Pope of the Catholic world.
