There are people in the U.S. military (most of them marines) who would do as you say as in the Mai Lai massacre. However in our system such criminals are imprisoned (or executed) for such actions. The Iraqi government condones or ignores such actions. You must judge the system not the individual.

No, the choice is not between one bias or another. What I do is a thing called "source evaluation" where I evaluate how good a source is. If a pro-American source says "we are murdering civilians" then it is worth more than when they say "we are not murdering civilians."

they are. well, technically, not all of them. those who have shot an iraqui (or anyone else for that matter) are murderers. some can be quite nice. i know a few soldiors. most are pretty cool, but some are complete shits who love blood.

Moron, don’t you know the American troops are the most humane in the world today? I guess not. Well, the rest of the world does. Yes, there are a few bad apples, that is why the Armed Forces has their own prison system. But we still have the most humane troops in the world. That was a fact everyone knew before all of this! They present all news in a profesional manner. They simply broadcast what happens. They have rebroadcasted iraqi state television to show civilian/american/iraqi casualties. However that does not make them biased.

Does CNN support osama bin laden when they rebroadcast one of his tapes? No, I mean use your fucking brain.

Al Jazeera isn't limiting there content like the American media has, they have shown all asspects of war. Thats somthing the American media cannot say they have done.

Al Jazeera is 95% biased towards Arab views I hope yo know. The only thing they are good for is broadcasting fair viewpoints concerning arab governemnts and the issues they face. However, when it comes to foreigners, ARabs are good, infidels are evil baby killing savage monsters who need innocent civilian blood to survive. Its a vulture too, broadcasting those images of dead american soldiers and the ones that are still alive but imprisoned. Atleast CNN and FOX had the pity and the sense not to broadcast it. I would feel horrible for the parents of these brave guys if they saw them on TV getting executed.

There is a huge difference between U.S. press and Arab press. The U.S. allows for ANY opinion to be broadcasted, however, especially in war time, the opinion of the majority of the people is so one sided that no radio or TV station trying to keep enough money to stay afloat will bother giving left-wingers a slot when it will not bring in viewers. I see a lot of left-wing in the newspaper, though. Arab press, such as Al Jazeera, is just propoganda. What they like they will not publish or air.

Well, I don't know about everyone else, but the reason I resent the Iraqi news is simply due to the fact that they just broadcast the images of the deceased anyway. I don't have a deep hatred for them, I just think it's shameful and disrespectful.
