BANGKOK, Thailand - Police said Tuesday they shot and killed 42 people during a seven-week-old crackdown on drugs that has drawn protest from human rights groups.
Since the campaign began, police have arrested more than 42,000 drug suspects and seized 12 million amphetamine pills and assets worth more than $12 million, said police spokesman Maj. Gen. Pongsaphat Pongcharoen.
don't you think what the police or the Gov't is doing is right or wrong? gimme your opinion.

Good. Thailand has the good idea to actually get rid of the dealers instead of giving them a kick in the face and 10 years in prison. I'm glad to see someone is out there reclaiming the streets, even if it's not really...um...OUR streets.

Good for Thailand. They seem to be enforcing drugs better than we are. All they have to do is clean-up their nasty little child prostitution ring and they'll be set.

Some areas of Thailand are virtually lawless, and criminals there tend to be more than ruthless. I see it as necessary for the government to handle the problem in such a fashion; it's a jungle out there (literally too..heh).

Good for Thailand.
Instead of a "kick in the face"-(judge) they can have a bullet there!

i guess i can say everyone hates drugs and not forgetting the blood-sucking drug pusher who earns money from these unenthical business who feed on the ignorant ppl's addiction.
but how about sex exploitation? Organised pimps kidnaps gals from third world countries to help them spin money from those sex crazed developed countries like Japan, US and Western Europe.
i hates guys who harms helpless and innocent lady and just want them for sex.
