Yes, yes,That's right folks! Here we are, in for ROUND SIX of the ALL NG FADS DIE SERIES!

I am going to be leading AFD6. As usual, here is the fucking run-down.

-=The Rules=-
Same as last time ladies and gents.
FPS:24
Size:default
BG color:default
Theme:Nothing besides teh norm.
Music:I have a few ideas, but i don't really want many suggestions.
Length:i want atleast a 5 second part, but please try to stay less than a minute. also, try to keep a small filesize, we want big and sehcksay, but we don't want it too big.

And now, the run down (a.k.a. paraphrasing)

-=Who gets in?=-
Anyone can get in, but in the end, i am sorry to say that not everyone will get if we get anything like what happened in 4 (there were over 40 peices submitted ). It doesn't matter how good you are, it matters how good your peice is. also, depends on how it matches up to the music that will be used.

-=What is AFD?=-
AFD stands for All Fads must Die. It was originaaly started by LogoPresents about mid-August last summer. The series is collaboration of animators destroying ANY of the NG fads (ex. Pico, Johnny Rocketfingers, etc. OR any fads in real life (ex. emos, halo, etc), but we prefer NG fads. But we don't destroy out of spite; we destroy because we care...usually. But just because we love them doesn't mean we will go easy on them.

-=MY spiel=-
1. When you send me your stuff, I want three things; I want it as ONE BIG MOVIE CLIP, ALL YOUR MCs UNIQUE, and YOUR NAME ON THE FILE.

2. Feel free to split up scenes, like if you have someone shooting Bitey in the face in one part, and then your character turning around and shooting littleFoot, try and make them seperate movie clips unless you make them flow seamlessly. This also helps with "getting in"

3. Sound effects are good. Just remember that I may end up taking some out/adding some in if the don't work so well.

4. I have Flash 8. That means we can do anything.

-=Things ta' Remember=-
AFD is meant to be funny AND brutal. Don't skimp on the blood. Make it hilarious while being ruthless.

Respect teh originals. If anyone from a previous AFD joins up, show them some respect. Admit that they know more than you about stuff like this. Because it's true.

Don't ask me about it. CA will go to the people who have the best peices graphically. Seniority is shit here. I don't care if you have been AFD since 1.

Don't ask to join. Feel fre to say "Fuck yes man! I am soooo in!" but don't ask. The way to get in is to animate, or at least help out.

Don't ask what to kill, I can't assign shit like that. I would like to see people try and do all different fads, but if some people end up overlapping on a fad, so be it. I will TRY to keep an update list, but I might not always be here.

Feel Free to advert this wherever you are! I will be making a sig for myself soon enough! the more members we have, the merrier the slaughter!

Well, considering the size of the last one... I'm going to make my part short and sweet. My AFD4 one was like a minute and half long, and honestly, it would kill to make another that long again.

But, yes, this is offically starting, even though AFD5 isn't in the portal yet. the main reason this thread is up is because on the main menu of AFD5, there is a button linking to the AFD6 thread (so this needed to exist before uploading). Saddly, my upload limit has expired and AFd6 is 11.4 megs :\

But, I think that so far, with the few people I have talked to, AFD6 will be even better than AFD5, which, in totality, is quite awesome.

I'm really hoping Tom gets my pm or I can contact another admin or someone else quickly so I can get AFD5 into the portal ASAP.
