Events like Columbine and other school shootings, coupled with psycho parents and media insisting that schools take responsibility for the actions of their children, contributes heavily to school officials and staff being completely paranoid about the threat of another shooting.

They jump at even the smallest hint of depression, afraid that their reputation and school will be put under scrutiny for things that they probably can't control. And while it's good to try and help people who are depressed enough to kill themselves and others, it is also unfair to you that your privacy is violated because of it.

The only thing to remember is that it will get better once you get the fuck out of high school. Finish it and enjoy your college years. Sometimes, the only good thing about the teenage years is that it ends.

Well face it; you ARE a sick fuck. I don't draw people engaging in sexual activity in a notebook and I certainly don't bother writing poems about rape... I think that you must have experienced great psychological trauma in the past to be so attached to your negative thoughts to the point that you feel a deep desire to express them.

I don't even think about rape. If I do, I don't find it entertaining. You have too much shit on your mind. You need some serious counselling dude... Also, I would HIGHLY recomend a whole change of lifestyle. Less computer, less routine, more socializing and more exercise.

Not doing any physical exercise can make you depressed; I'd know, I've been in the same situation.
You need to break the routine; if you're the kind of guy who spends all his spare tinme in front of a computer; you need to get off and so things that you have never done before.

You might have heard the saying "You only get out what you put in," well in your case, I'd say this applies; but I think that you just repeat the same routines and think about the same stuff over and over again; you can't express anything other than what you're exposed to (emotionally... I'm not suggesting that you actually get raped).

You are exposed to too many depressing elements... Maybe you should read some optimistic literature... I find that history books are VERY fun to read. Like the history of China and where it's heading, the History of Europe, Rome etc... It's fun because you can really start to see things in a hystorical, meaningful perspective.

Basically you need to fill your mind with more variety... Coz so far, all it's been getting is porn and violence.

Hey man, we all have things that people shouldnt know. The thing is, you had them in a place that was some what public. Last time I told any one anything about my mental psyche, I ended up in an institution. I didnt like that. I suggest keeping all your journals private and leave them at home. Unless you want to be caught which is some of the reason a lot of people carry them around and have them online, because they want people to care and wait for people's attention. So don't worry about the stuff thats going down right now, it'll all pass and it'll get better, I speak from experience. And here is a hug just for good measure.

Depending on the circumstances, sometimes it's best to deny and refuse instead of telling the truth. The penalties for denying won't be as bad as the ones for exposing yourself. Too late in this case, but hopefully someone else will read this before any unfortunate event.

To have such eccentric fetishes at such a young age is a bit off but I don't think it makes you mind fucked, except the rape fantasies, that you should look into. Everyone has their quirks and odd needs, but it doesn't make you emotionally unstable. You should look into what is really making you depressed, not using your fetishes as a scape goat, which is what the adults in your life seem to be doing. Talk it out with your counselors and at least hold a small bit of comfort knowing that the worst is over.

I have not had any friends since I started my school three and a bit years ago. I have never had a girlfriend. I used to and sometimes still do stay back at school so I can cry with my head into my locker. I haven't had that much positive contact from any humans, my mom is alwase depressed and my dad is never home. They recently found out I did this and its made me feel worse. It feels good when someone responds positivly to what I have to say on newgrounds/other. I'm constantly bullyed and taunted by people trying to inpress there friends. I hope by you hearing this you'll realise there are others like you and feel better, but who am I fucking kidding. I can't remember being happy.

Do your essay best you can for a start.
Also, in time youre depression will gradually fade and your family are hardly going to think bad of you, they love you afterall.

I think keeping a notepad which is completely private is really important and so you have to start a new one. Your business is your business and adults are completely screwed up to look and go through your things.
Counselling does not help especially if you feel embarrassed to tell people your personal stuff, if you're really depressed, bash something, that sounds odd but it works for me.

We are all sick fucks that think dirty thoughts every now and then. But sometimes it's best to keep these thoughts in your head. Don't write them down!

I definitely go through high amounts of stress and depression. At work I have to deal with idiots all the time... I have to deal with people who never worked a day in their life. There are people in this world who get paid by the government because their either old or handicapped. And these people want more money from the government.... drrrr!

Depression yea... I've got to make 6 college essays, 5 college projects, 1 college presentation... I've got to prepare for 3 college final exams, 2 college regular exams. I still have to register for two more college classes next semester. I've got to do all this shit within the next few weeks or i'm screwed. And on top of that I have to think about attending work and being a hundred and ten percent ready.

So to deal with stress and depression.. get enough sleep, eat enough Healthy food, Weight lift and run on a treadmill. And while doing so.. think about what you need to do first and try and not think about those dirty thoughts that every male has in their head.
