anybody seen the AD for sheilas wheels in england.
there are so many flaws in this advert.
- women arent safe drivers. - the women in the Ad, representing a car insurance agency who gives cheaper car insurance to women, are not wearing seatbelts, or looking at the road, or even holding the steering wheel. - women arent safe drivers. - the songs shit

For the most part, women ARE safe drivers. What's misleading is when adverts say women are BETTER drivers, which is complete bollocks.

obviously its all a joke, they dont really mean any of that its just to go with the song.... ok women say they are the safest drivers, so what? it doesnt mean they are
and obviously if they were serious about it, it would be moronic, alittle animal is driving and they put their arms up in the air as the car is moving

Oh my god - I hate that advert soooo much! I'm Australian and aaaall my mates give me soo much shit about it (especially when we were covering advertising in media studies) I have to change the channel whenever it comes on.

I agree women arent better drivers but there is another flaw.If you look at the background for alot of the ad they are actually driving backwards.LOL

I have yet to see a decent women driver.
They say women are safe drivers because they're too reluctant to go through yellow lights and they're not as assertive when it comes to driving as men.

I think men are better drivers.
We just have loads of boyracers and our testosterone pushes us to do stupid things. We're probably also more likely to get drunk and drive.
I mean, as if Im gonna let some 63 year old woman who can barely just reach the pedals pull off faster than me.
