dunno, felt like being gory. anyway...

drew this in flash, colored in photoshop. I think one of the few saving graces it has is the brown paper bag + grit texture. It didn't turn out quite how I wanted, almost like a too simplistic version of what I imagined.

I just started coloring in photoshop, so right now I'm pretty nooby with it- I just color in and use the burn/dodge tools, along with maybe some texturing or filters. Any good tips on different methods of coloring I should use?

The proportions of the body seem ok for the most part but I know the legs got fucked up a little, they kind of ended too short/small.

What would make it look cooler? a better range of color? more detailed lines in the first place?

There's a bit of a spacial issue. The head and body spikes are canting outward in different directions, but somehow his head is on one and his body on another. Not sure if that makes ANY sense, but I dunno how to explain it. Better then I can draw though.

I suppose its quite good, although the body is badly drawn. Overall its pretty good.

im just trying to figure out how the head and body got so far away from each other to be able to be impaled on stagtites so far apart

Looks like a kiddie drawing, hardcore, yeah! Are you an animator too? Because a fighting scene with this kind of drawing would look awesome! Drawing beatup, lol!!!
