The first thing that bothers the shit out of me is the text, get rid of it. The image is way too small, why not add a body? Also, the three blotches of blood don't look very realistic. If you're going to add color color the whole thing not just small areas of it.

I agree totally. Other than that, the blood is the only thing that bothers me, it needs to be longer and more.... blood like. On the whole it's a good piece.
