Maybe Tom Fulp originally had a Good and Evil side inside his single body but something happened that caused his good side to split from his evil side creating a Good Tom Fulp and an Evil Tom Fulp. If that were the case then two people could have technically created the site because they used to be one person. Most likely that guy is just lying though.
