Hm I've family investing in real-estate and friends working in real-estate firms. They all agree the bubble is letting out pressure at a pretty fast rate. People are already beginning to lose property and values are on the decline, especially here in expensive-ass overrated California. It is expected prices will drop even lower next year ranging from 7-9% decreases in some areas by 3rd quarter of 2007 and down 15% in Nevada alone by spring 2008.
