yeah that's what happened in an emergency situation in my Model U.N symposia today at school. It was intense. North Korea just wouldn't come back to 6 party talks and sign that darned nuclear non-proliferation treaty, OR GET THIS, they wouldn't even ratify the comprehensive nuclear testing ban treaty. Mexico doesnt have a un offical they decided the would form the "we are not as good as america" (NNN) for short. The countrys in this are Mexico,Canada,Russia,and some random little country off the coast of bolvaria. If you are asking what the hell the NNN or N3 means im not sure, think it means NUKES NUKES NUKES, thats right they plan to have enough nukes to take over the world by 2106. 1 time i was playing civilization 3 on the computer and korea (there was no north or south in that game) started puttin icbm's (intercontinental balistic missles, badder then nukes) all around my country (america).
