If you were searching for a good anime site. .what would you be looking for? My friend is making one with all of her favorite animes and mangas but doesn't really know what exactly to put on it.. she doesn't want it to be like all of the other millions of sites out there...

I would truly appreciate it, I know what I want but it´s always troble when I have to save it in GIF, you know those small graphic smears appears for no reason...

I guess good artwork for one. I always have a tendancy to leave if the site doesn't look impressive visually since that is one point to anime after all. Well not always.

Well lets say that maybe she made a site on lets say... fushigi yuugi... and for her artwork she had screen shots from the anime, pics from the manga and the art books and fan art done by others and herself.. also, bgs sigs and profile pics maybe that she did on it as well... would that be good visually to someone? Also, she wants to have episode lists, manga lists, some synopsis, fanfics, links, and suff like that... would that make it a worthy site?

Wow...yeah that would. I'm going on a limb here with greediness but it would be nice (if it's legal) if you had the manga posted up to read too. And translated for people that can't read japanese.

I don't think it is legal.. i have looked forever for a site like that and never found.. also it would be very expensive for her to have to buy the entire manga series of every anime she is doing... we haven't even managed to finish an entire series yet... but the site will be a work in progress... and maybe we can find away around any laws...

I choose option #3. The riddles aren't bad, but they would be a little better if the answer was narrowed down to 3-5 characters. Sometimes it's obvious, but at other times it's almost impossible. One must also take into consideration the fact that a lot of us might not have seen or even heard of certain anime series, so we wouldn't be able to choose characters we know nothing about in the previous format of these quizzes.
