Not bad, but I prefer the longer hair look on Anime girls.

She's cuter then what you just posted. How does she look like a bug? Those are cat ears.

If you really think so, Then you pretty much can't tell the difference between a trap (A very feminine boy that dangerously looks like a girl) and a regular girl. Besides bro, I'm an artist. I know what makes a female look like one and what not.

you must really be a novice in art if you think the aforementioned beauties qualify as traps. and bruh, i'm an artist too, so claiming you're an artist doesn't really mean anything to me... if you think i'm trolling go check out my art, i just finished my latest work

The latest chapter of Skip Beat! brought a new light toward Kyoko's mom. If she was date raped, it would explain the reason why she treated Kyoko like crap.

I wish the anime have the second season, especially since they have more than enough material for the third.

I'm currently watching Rosario + Vampire. So far I enjoy it, it's really funny. Even though most of the show is perverted. The thing I really like about it is Tsukune has his mind set on finding his own way to protect his friends.

If you enjoy the anime, then you'll probably like the manga even more. It's more serious and has more action.

Rosario + Vampire is excellent. Either you like the perversion or not, but it is still good.

Probably gonna be watching a lot more anime now that I got YouTube, Crackle, Dailymotion, Dubbedcrazy and Crunchyroll on my TV through my PS4. I have my eye on Kurozuka and a bunch of oldschool OVAs. Man, I remember having to spend like 30 bucks just to watch one anime movie and sometimes over a hundred for a series (I think Rurouni Kenshin is the most expensive series I've bought).

Plus, in the manga Tsukune doesn't remain a wimp.

Trust me, the massive difference.

I wish the anime had followed the manga more closely. It did not live up to the manga at all. I was slightly disappointed.

Not to mention a waste of a really good voice cast as well.

Nope, just reruns and commercials. Plenty of commercials.

Oh alright. I didn't really miss anything then, I guess. Their regular lineup is covered by all the apps and sites, and in good quality as far as I've seen.

Also, I saw the Crunchyroll app has every damn episode of Fist of the North Star. I love these times. I used to have to look for overpriced out of print DVDs of that through several different vendors. Had to do the same for Lupin III pt. II, which they also have complete, but they have it subbed and I can't do that if I know I could hear Tony Oliver and the rest instead. I'll watch 1 and 3 if they have that, though. Never finished 1 or started 3.

Where I'm currently living is being fixed. I usually watch anime on Funimation, but since I unplugged my Internet I'm not watching any on there right now. I could use my phone, but I wouldn't want to waste my data and pay extra. I happen to own a Blu ray copy of Future Diary I'm finishing it up. The plot had you like what the fuck in the beginning. After a couple of episodes It starts to get intresting. Yunno craziness is to cute.

Future Diary was the first "mature" anime that I watched. It played a role in making me an anime fan.

Mirai Nikki is way up there as my least favourite anime. Elfen Lied, which is much the same caliber of shit is the only one I might have enjoyed less.

I never watched Elfen Lied, I heard it was pretty much of a gore fest.
But aside from that, Is it really worth watching?

I mean I literally just said it's my least favourite anime but still you might enjoy it, it has a 7.9 average rating on MAL (though there seems to be a good few negative reviews. It's very heavy on gore but it's that silly exploding blood-bag kind of gore, almost every episode has generic soldiers bursting into red paste upon contact with the main character's invisible razor hands. To me it all just screamed tryhard edgy-for-the-sake-of-being-edgy bullshit that accidentally tricked young teens into thinking because it had violent themes that meant it was deep and meaningful . The soundtrack just pissed me off too, far too pompous for the scenes it's playing over. At one point two children for no reason decide to beat a puppy to death, so that another bystander character can witness it and be traumatized and apparently thus motivated to slay another few dozen bloodbags.

Some people love the story to it even though it's dumb and contrived as shit. The entire show just seems so shallow and superficial in every aspect. But again go ahead and watch it if you think it might be good, I think most people here are more willing to forgive utterly vapid bullshit in anime than I am.

Upon recommending FMA and FMA:B to friends who are new to the series, which one would you guys (assuming you didn't downright hate the series) argue should be viewed first?

I'm thinking FMA:B should come first simply because it closes the story properly and won't be as confusing as watching FMA, then FMA:B. But I'd like to see what everyone else thinks would be the best viewing experience.

I never bothered with the older FMA because I thought Brotherhood was really good and I didn't see the reason to spend the time on it after that. The majority of people who saw both seem to agree Brotherhood is better and it came out after the manga was complete, unlike the previous show. I don't think I need to see the contrast to appreciate it more. If I were to recommend Hellsing Ultimate to someone, I wouldn't suggest watching Hellsing first. Speaking of redoing series with comics that have since ended, Gantz needs a second shot.
