Forgot to mention this, i watched Otaku no Video the other day. It's a mockumentry at anime faggots and otaku culture(brought to you by the biggest faggots of them all, Gainax)

Although there's an actual plot, during the show it stopped to show us real life interviews of former otakus. it was a bit annoying actually, i wish they just kept those interviews for the special features section instead of constantly interrupting the show.

Overall it was pretty good, wasn't very difficult to find out who cosplayed as who.

I have come to the conclusion that Alvis from Last Exile is one of most adorable things I've ever seen, especially in that episode where she wakes up in the Silvana and the guy scares her and she keeps screaming.

I have news that's somewhat related to anime:
I'm now the proud owner of an X-Box 360 console and the Blue Dragon video game. I love this game so much that I advanced my characters to level 13 the first day. Aside from the gameplay, the character design by Akira Toriyama is probably what I like most; the main enemy looks like a cross between Piccolo Daimao and Frieza (he even has a hoverchair). I can't help but wonder if the violet clouds that surround his flying fortress are a metaphor for something (purple haze, perhaps?)
My gamertag, for anyone who's interested, is Mister Trivia (some schmuck with a Zune took mr trivia). I'll keep you posted if I get any more anime based games.

Never had an interest in the game, i tried Dragon Quest 8 and just hated it, i must suck or something i found it to be too difficult to enjoy. It's a little too old school for me, the plot was way too simplistic as well.

If you are watching this during the actual time it was aired once a week, the two-part episodes near the end would leave you frustrated until it concludes.

Though that would be because I look for everyday police-related action and fun in this kind of series since that is the biggest attracting point during the time I first watched it.
