Oh man Vampire Hunter D, it's been so long since I saw that movie. Never seen it in stores, gotta find someone who has it and jack it.

Back again, but anyone got any suggestion for any fist fighting animes? But minus out the Dragon Ball series since that's the stereotypical answer to this.

Also I seems to notice, but is the character system still active here?

Hokuto no Ken, Jojo's Bizarre Adventure, Souten no Ken, and yeah. That's about it.

Hi guys.

I haven't been here for a while, but I want to ask you guys if you could recommend me a good anime to watch, or good manga to read.

Some of my favs:

ANIME:

1) Yu Yu Hakusho
2) FMA
3) Naruto
4) Bleach
5) Prine of Tennis
6) Eva
7) S-Cry-Ed
8) Dragonball

Manga:

1) Bleach
2) Naruto
3) FMA
4) Deathnote

Basically, I read/watch a lot of stuff that has been translated/dubbed, but AS stopped showing any animes that I've been interested in. Can someone recommend a good anime? I know that I got S-Cry-Ed and FMA from here, and those two have definitely been some of the best animes I've ever watched.

Kaiji
Black Lagoon
Golgo 13

Those you should like quite alot. But seriously I think you'll like Kaiji. I love mullets, people with gambling debts and awesome nose's. AND SO SHOULD YOU.

Haha, thanks.

I'll definitely check it out.

After Naruto and Bleach switched over to fillers, I stopped watching them, and that conveniently happened right when I finished Eva. I'm feeling some anime withdrawal here...

While you're at it, throw Akagi on there too.

We need more villains with buckteeth, silly hair and plaid suits.

Endou has a really big role in the Pachinko Swamp arc, so I can guarantee you he'll be in season two.

Nice, he is my favorite character, and I know he doesn't mean his speeches but it's just great stuff.

I always reccomend Great Teacher Onizuka to anybody, great comedy with the coolest teacher ever.

Just saw the entire first disc of Get Backers and it had a very typical beginning very slow and predictable. I hope some action will come up in the next disc and less gay overtones.

I don't know if I could watch another season of Kaiji.

I got kinda sick of it towards the end of the first season.

I've read a snippet of it's manga and I wasn't killed by it's generic shonen styling. And I don't think the anime sucked either, but that's just my opinion.

GetBackers is a shonen.

Not 'shonen-esque'.

I've seen a couple episodes before and it was actually pretty good, pretty damn funny too. They did change several things that I didn't like though, like cutting out the character Ryuji. I should finish it sometime still.

Hello. Though it's not anime, i got the Watchmen graphic novel. Because the trailer made me cum 100 times, and they were out of V for Vendetta. So yeah.

Watchmen's a masterpiece, and I can only hope they didn't botch the movie (though from the looks of the trailer, they didn't).

But Watchmen ain't animoo foo!

Truly a great comic.

The movie doesn't interest me at all.

Watchmen is too much about comicsto make me care about a Watchmen movie.

Unless of course they somehow make the movie about comic book movies. That would probably make me interested.

Two seals of approval, must mean it isn't half-bad, heck I bet this means it's great.

Heh, yeah we were just talking and decided to bring it back for kicks. Honestly I missed it.

And when did "we" decide on this? The God-King was not consulted, this decision is therefore not one of my holy/royal decree's/commandments.

Also, welcome back shin.
