The coalition offensive may last 2 months at the very most (this includes an all out invasion of Bahgdad and a regime change). On the other hand, this gaffe will result in the desire for vengence for a virtual army of kamikazes. Every civilian death in Iraq will result in 10 American (or English/Aus) casualties.
