With which program would I make a tutorial like this:

I use HyperCam 2. Its very good and easy to use so long as you don't mind the logo at the top of the video.

Although the link to the tutorial is getting me a 404 error, a great program to use is TechSmith's Camtasia Studio. You can make any movie out of your "screen capture" (It captures audio as well), and also has several editing tools once you're done capturing.
