I caught a golden pokemon

It was a Rattata in Fire Red, also a couple years back i caught a golden machop in Silver. Has any one ever caught a golden pokemon before?

this was probaly not the best place to ask that question, but it is very rare but you can catch pokemon that are not their original color. Found out because my cousin told me.

That thing with the paint brush on it's tail, whatever the hell that's called. I can't remember. I caught a shiny one of those in Gold.

I also caught the red Gyarados in Gold, but that doesn't really count, nor do the ones I obtained with an Xploder cart.

I have not played pokemon in so since I was in 4th grade. The show is just terrible but I heard that the games are not to bad. I might buy a pokemon game some day. But the chances of that is pretty slim.

Long time ago I could've gotten myself a golden magikarp in Silver, but I was too stupid to figure out that it would evolve into a sweet ass gyrados (spelling?) so I killed it. Then later i was like "wait.... NOOOO!!!!!!" now it's just something i look back and laugh about. Ahh the memories.
