Hey again, I have been experimenting with making some my synths and hip beats... But one problem... I don't really know how to make a techno song. Like for example, when should i start the build up? When do i put in the mellow bits? how do i build up to make it exciteing? Please share your structures or point me out to some guide, because i checked the stickys here and they had nothing about how to actually make the song.

Those are all a part of the composition, you should figure those things out yourself, there isn't really a recipe for that.

The best way i have found is to listen to techno for a while to get the feel of it.

much techno is very minimal in composition.
basically, start off with one synth, get what you want from that and just piece it together as you like.
Or as some do, start with just the drum beat and the effects you can achieve on and with that.

It's amazing that so many people read half or none of the first post and just reply with a smartass remark. I HAVE READ IT ALL.
