bein' a guitar player i can tell you straight up, a guitar synth will never sound like a real guitar. sure you can get close but a real guitar is the way to go.
and as to answer your question, i have no idea i've never used reason. slayer in fl studio isn't too bad if you want a really heavily distorted sound but it still sounds like ass. my song raindrops of peaceful sorrow utilizes slayer in fl studio. i tweaked it for as long as i could before i got sick of it. that's the closest i could get it. so i suggest either get a guitar or if ya have one just play the part ya need. or ask a guitar player on here for to play the part for ya if need be. i'm sure you'll find some that'll be more than happy to hep ya out and lend their talent.

Reasons electric guitars do sound a little more realistic than most, assuming you add the distortion yourself with a scream 4, and have a reverb between the sampler and the distortion unit. Have a look at some presets for the scream 4... apart from that you could go sample hunting, but at present the best way to get a nice sounding guitar in reason is to do it yourself and put it through recycle.

There are a few good combinator patches circulating the place.
Otherwise:
sampler:
I usually use NN19 heavy guit with tape distortion. Tweak it until you get the required mixture of guts and scream.
There are some really awesome sonic reality patches for NNXT, though they cost money.
synth:
A maelstrom sawtooth (*any) with high-end saturation filter works good. Use the modulation setting to give a string bending effect. Usually you have to play it in the lower octaves (C2, C1 etc) to get the right sound. Throwing distortion over the whole thing may help out too.
I might have a synth like this already done up somewhere, I'll have a look next time I'm on my comp and send it over :)

Subtractor, chronic lead, turn on the second osc.
I'm currently working on trying to make a guitar sound from scratch using waves in reason, i've been at it for a few months now, all comes down to what kind of guitar you want.
Simple way though = acoustic style sound, maybe bass, reverb, distortion,
or nn19 heavy gtr sample with reverb and a bit of distortion.
