They say it's so bad that it's almost a sport, for young teens to beat the homeless. Do these kids think they're less then human or are they just sociopaths. The thing that I find so surpising is that these attacks aren't a few isolated incidents, they happen so frequently.

Because healthy people with homes could fight back. That was easy.

Tell me that you have never had the urge to beat the hell out of a homeless person asking you for change.

Who knows. Gunter seemed to feel a sense of accomplishment when he punched some guy asking for change. Ask him.
It does seem that they're particularly easy targets, though. Little chance of repercussions, whether it be the homeless person actually presenting a threat, or them going to the police filing a charge.
The one thing force produces is resistance.

Why?
Did they earn that money?

That seems unstable to me, sure its annoying, but afflicting bodily harm for that seems extreme.

Being a teenager is hard and the only way to get that pent up frustration of hormones and anger is to beat people who either can't fight back or homeless.
Besides, homeless people aren't really people anyway.

What does that have to do with anything? Irrelevant. Define "earning."

I've only met a homeless person once. She started telling my friends and I a story about how she owned a nearby car (that at the present time was turning left at a nearby intersection- the man driving it was apparently just borrowing it). Never had one ask me for change. I felt no compulsion to touch her in any way, let alone beat the crap out of her. I distinctly remember just wanting to leave- really fast.

earn
tr.v. earned, earn·ing, earns
To gain especially for the performance of service, labor, or work:
Example: Oscar earned money by mowing lawns.
Did that homeless person do any work? No. He will spend your money and booze and meth. Giving him money doesn't help the situation whatsoever. A homeless person asks me for change, I point them to a shelter, because all my of the 86 cents in my pocket will do get them closer to another bottle of mouth wash for them to drink.
Homeless people don't desearve money because they didn't EARN it.
And back to the subject at hand. I would never beat the hell out of homeless person, it just gets annoying to have people like that leech off the society. What are they doing improve society? Nothing.

No, and neither am I for welfare, if thats what your thinking. I just feel the need to give a little bit.

Some homeless actually use the money to help their familys, and the ones who use booze just want to leave their problems, and saying they don't deserve it.. you can say the same about the mentally handicap, elderly, ect.

I saw we should take the homeless out of the streets and turn them into productive members of society! Well that or make them orgaise into bum gangs that will watch each others backs so there will be no more homeless beatings.

There’s people all over this planet with money they did not earn.
I don’t give homeless people money, when i give them something, it’ll be food, or maybe a wee joint.

That’s a shit argument.
What are the millions of people involved in the fashion industry, or light entertainment doing to improve society.
Maybe bums don’t do anything positive, but I know of allot of respectable, employed people are doing many negative things.

If they really wanted to help their families they would get a job. Even some mentally handicapped people have the ability to hold down simple entry level positions at certain workplaces.

I’m not sure what it’s like in the US, but in the UK it’s impossible, and illegal to get a job without a place of residence.
Also, it’s pretty hard to get a place of residence without a job.

ON my way to work everyday there is a popular intersection were for some-reason the bums come to beg for money from the people driving. lately there has been this lady who always has a backpack, now in one of the pockets is a pack of Marlboro red's, and she always has a cup of coffee from Starbucks. both being very expensive, I guess some bums have expensive tastes. keep in mind also this is a business area with places having help wanted sign's but they would rather sit or stand for 12 hours a day than do one minute of work. The lazy bastard's will not get anything from me, there is no excuse for being homeless They fucked there own life up.

Well, sometimes they give the homeless a one way ticket to the west coast (because of the climate) and those mexicans make it hard for them to get jobs.

Exactly I belive that the majority of jobs should be to improve society. Everyone should have a hand in society and not doing porn or some shit.

Well there is the pressure valve theory that says if some guy who can't get laid gets off to some porn it takes his sexual tension and makes him less likely to sexually assault someone. That's improving society, crime prevention no less. Heroic porn.

Hmm... maybe it is because they work harder for less. People can always improve their position in life if they work hard enough. Homeless people don't have any excuse for not heading to a shelter, cleaning up a little bit and start flipping burgers. They will get shitty money but it will be better money then they would get by begging.

Well all that sexual frustration is just becoming enslaved by the wants of the flesh and thus people need to learn to better resist them.

It is the want of the flesh to begin with. Don't go using scary words like enslaved.
