I use a make called monster pretty good and you get a lot of paint per can, when your talking about caps its kinda obvious really, a fat cap or wide cap is used for spraying large areas, this is good for your bg and large lettering, then you get your finner caps used for outlining and detail, just buy a selection of sizes and experiment, thats the best way (there so cheap anyway)

Sorry I haven't posted in a while. I actually haven't posted anywhere in the forums in a while. I do have a question though! Is it bad to practice with the little outline things. They are like cardboard and then a image is cut out and you spray in there to make the picture. Is it bad to use those? I used it just to learn pain control.

That's called stenciling, and it's ok, but it's usually preferable you use the technigue for simple designs/realistic pictures á la Banksy as opposed to really complex wild style pieces, that's considered bit like cheating.

Paint control i think you mean. Well in a way yes it is considered bad to use stencils, but then again, if you just want a quick easy tag as in you need to get in tag, get out, then a stencil is good to use.
