In a court case which never should have been allowed to happen. Permitting a sitting President to be taken to court in a sexual harassment suit is ridiculous, and was obviously an attempt to corner Clinton into a situation wherein he would perjure himself (or resign to avoid embarrassment, which would have been even more juicy and wonderful).

Being nit-picky, Foley is not technically a pedophile in the same way men who look at 17-year-old girls are not pedophiles. The rape allegation came from a woman named Juanita Broderick, and it has never been addressed by Clinton. Many believe it was simply an attempt to further besmirch the president's name. Others believe the allegations were true and were swept under the rug by the liberal media or something along those lines. In any case, it was never brought to trial or even given more than a cursory investigation.
