Up north west in the Fylde - just outside of Blackpool to be more precise. Got a lovely view of our tower.

Wow haven't seen you around in a while! Amazing work as usual. I remember seeing screen shots from that a while back. The environments are really great and convincing. Nice plot too. The style seems really fit for a children's book.

Just came across it in the portal and had a watch. Very good stuff. You can really tell it's bursting with effort. It certainly turned out as something to be proud of.
Where are you from?
England, South-West. Near Portsmouth.
So many capitals lol.

Wait - am I hearing this right? Your an american who doesnt want to sue someone? You guys sue over anything.
Seriously though, I think you're right, a couple of civilians taking on a multibillion dollar company is ridiculous.

London is actually a pretty south place, why not go to manchester or somewhere, so everyone has to travel roughly the same difference to get there instead of one guy taking 10 hours and someone else taking 30 minutes.
Nah, nothing happens in Manchester other than stabbings. In London, you get stabbings and the London Eye!
Where are you from?
Croydon, London. The gangsta capital of the world.

Your a nice person. :D
AITD's new piece
Shows tons of skill and effort. Definitely the best animation I've seen in a while. The sounds were great.

Not that there's anything wrong with techno fight scenes.

That's a nice idea. Good use of the money.

2-hour time-trial
I probably wouldn't join - school just started this term for me and I can't get anything done that quick. :(

Most likely the author had his/her own reasons for removing it...
Or it was stolen and was forcibly removed.

I'm sure it was most likely removed by request of author, he seemed to have had all his work whipped out from his account.

I'm not an average american. If something is worth suing for, and the chances of winning are fairly good, then I'm not against it but people need to be practical.
And our country was built on lawsuits.
Seriously though, I think you're right, a couple of civilians taking on a multibillion dollar company is ridiculous.
That and complaining that something is priced too high and should be forced to be lowered is promoting communism. It'd be different if they charged more to black people than white people, but that's not the case. Adobe has the right to set different prices for different regions just like how car insurance companies don't sell service to massachusetts (stupid freaking communism car insurance laws....)

That would be hot. If they had a booth there, I PROMISE I would stop by. An hour train ride is a lot more doable for me than a 6 hour flight.
I really hope that materializes.
Oh and also, about Denvish, that's really sad for me to hear. Denvish was ALWAYS a class act. It seems like most people from here have moved on, and it saddens me. I want to personally thank him for his contributions. With out him and his AS: Main project, I wonder if I would have ever been able to grasp ActionScript and create games. When I look at this lounge, I think back to when it begun and it seems like almost no one is left or still posting regularly, heh, I guess that includes me. But that's part of the reason I've moved on. Maybe I'm too nostalgic and sentimental, but it just doesn't have that feel anymore.

Amazing work as always, looks like it will be a wonderful series. I really miss the days when you were a regular posting in the Newground Artist Showcase Thread, those were lovely times and we had quite a few great artists that are no longer around, but I guess that's just the way things go, I'm learning.
It would be nice if you came around every once in awhile just to say hi or show off your latest piece of art or animation.
Best of luck to you for everything you have planned. =]

Game Collabs.
I rarely have seen a game collab lately. One where a bunch a dudes/dudettes get together and do art, animation, bg art, coding, etc. etc. and make a game. Well I'm not sure Game Collab is really the term. I guess poeple just make games together sometimes but ya don't see any games made from a team of 10+ poeple.
Hmm... Maybe all the Regs should think of somethin' and make a game together. Out of us all we got ourselfs a great batch of talented artist, coders, & etc. Would be neat to see. Course if it were to happen it be best to wait 'till the other Reg collab is done.
Ah, I'm just rambling maybe... :/
Orange Box
Yeah, this is pretty sad. It's 2:00 AM right now and I'm up waiting to play The Orange Box.
Must play Portal.
