Do you have legal representation? You shouldn't have been charged before consulting an attorney. The cops always blow stuff out of proportion, it the way it works so that you can plea down to some lesser charge, and hopefully after you're done with community service and probation you can have it expunged from your record. But that doesn't matter much since you're a minor.

Now I'm not one for lighting things on fire but good luck anyway.

I may not contact an attorney if it's not necessary. I don't quite want to waste a load of money if I can just get out of it with a slap on the wrist. That probably isn't the case here though. They are blowing this way out of proportion with is ridiculous.

It isnt right, but sadly it is the way it is. When I conquer the world it'll be one of the first things i'll change, and i'll let you burn the police department.

color stuff
I adjusted the brightness in my computer because i always saw the colors near black (like that very dark blue) almost black, with very little difference, and then i saw them on other computers, and they outstanded a lot, so in order to get a good coloring effect (because some stuff looked alrightly colored here and weird on other computer e.g. blue hair) i brightened my computer, but now newgrounds looks awfully gray!! my wall paper doenst look as cool anymore.. i think i'm going back to having bad colored stuff and not very noticeable flash colors but a cool dark computer :)

The bright side to crappy schools.

So my school finally bought some new computers for the computer lab for the music room. (the midis and stuff like that) So now their only 2 gens. behind. Anyway All the old computers and junk are going to be all taken to a dump or whatever by the end of next week. All these keybourds, monitors, etc. etc. All with good stuff on 'em. The only downside for me is they're macs but as long as it works it's all good.
'Kay now to my point. Me and my friend Darryl we're talkin' to the music teacher who's luckily a cool cat. He said we can take as much as we can carry till it's time for it all to go. So after school we walked all the way back to my place with a computer + random junk. (Poeple stared a lot. :3) So we get home, hook it up and make sure it's working, it is, so Darryl decides to unhook it till we get his keyboard over here. Basically the whole reason for this and me and him and some of the other guyz are sick of using programs like Ejay and ACID. We need to be able to make our own beats for our music. Well him anyway... I kind of just whip random stuff together when I make crap and it just magically scores 3.50+.
I know have that one HP Media Centre computer with a 23 inche widescreen which is my main, I got 3 PC's in the garage in storage right now, and now I got Darryl's mac under and around my computer desk. lol Behold!

Been To Court 4 Times.

First Time, my friend and I went joyriding. They really couldn't blow that one too much out of proportion, since it's like a small felony. I didn't get in trouble, I was the passenger :3.

Second Time, They arrested me for assault with a deadly weapon. Apparently firing a potato canon in the vicinity of my nieghbors' house is assault. I pleaded not guilty and took it to jury. They didnt think it was assault either.

Third Time, Arson, got off because the fire was set by accident. I kinda knocked over a firepit.

Forth Time, Marijuana possession. The only time I was ever convicted of something. Obviously, I got caught, and served A LOT of community service.

I've wanted the orange box for ages and now it's here, i don't have any cash :P. Portal and Team Fortress 2 look great, but i wish they'd add some new guns to Half Life 2 >:(.

Macs

Since you've got a mac, just upgrade it with some new parts and you'll have a top range mac for under £100 :). I managed to barter 4 14" Monitors from my school, and they're getting a new suite next week so i'll try and grab something.

Court

It's a bit like the town in 'Hot Fuzz' here, there are people doing drugs, lighting fires, stealing etc and you'll never ever see it in the paper because the town needs to look 'nice'. I haven't got anything against that of course ;).

Believe it or not, not everything in this world is fair or pans out how it should theoretically.
Police and authority are just as capable of being corrupt as everyone else.

Last year was a particularly rough year .. i think all the money i won off of ng's contests went to paying court costs in my two appearances there... ehh i really hate the justice system.

Anywho my point is, sometimes accepting that we live in an unjust world is better than thinking we are always going to be taken care of by a utopian authority. The movie i-robot comes to mind..

He's right. My bro and a friend burnt were getting rid of our old shed (with fire) and they piled on some other old wood. What happened was the roof of the shed kinda caused a major wind tunnel and in about a minute all this dry wood made a massive fire.

It melted through a telephone wire going to our house (out of use though) and partly melted next doors drain pipes and the bumper on a car that was in our garden.
The fire brigade were called, they put out the fire, then they left.
We paid for the neighbours to have new drainpipes and that was it.

Yesssssssss. No but seriously. The judicial system sucks so bad in America. It's really bad in the city especially. In Boston its hilarious because out of all the shootings and murders only about 25% of them are even solved because nobody ever testifies.

2 of my friends have to go to court in december sometime. They got mugged, and the dude got caught and now they're going o testify against him.

And people who are saying that that british police are soft, its because (in london anyway) there are gangstas (or rudeboys, whatever you wanna call them) everywhere. People are mugged/attacked/intimidated all the time. They dont have time to procecute innocent people to jail, theres to many criminals.
