Hopefully the NG booth will show off Newgrounds for what it really is next time. There weren't any riots on the Flash forum while you've been away. Affiliation and Websites
It's cool how we can get this sort of network going of flash artists' websites. Helping each other out with exposure and everything.
I don't get that many hits and stuff with my site, since I don't know that much about setting one up with forums, and posting and all that html, css, javascript, php, and other crazy web coding languages to make it all cool and interesting.
All i know is my beloved Flash. Maybe one day I should really get down to learning some cool stuff to expand my site and knowledge of building one a bit more. Is it even that hard to learn all that stuff?

RE: Layouts

I really don't think there's any magic to a layout. True, it can make or break a flash site, but it does DEPEND on what you want to accomplish. A mix of both might be a safer route. Instant access to cartoons with substance that will make users think the site is more of a living thing than just a shallow "Click n' Play" type of site.

You're better off having a menu. That way people can go where they want. Then have a link to your most recent animation on the frontpage, the most recent peice of news, affiliate links on the frontpage to entice the person to come back, then have all your other stuff spread out on other pages.

Return from Comic - Con

Well actually there is no real rooftop videos this year, i think thats the last of em also, we've become such a large group that most places wont take so many ... last year it was like 5-6 of us.. this year it was 18 and trying to score a reservation for 18 is next to impossible, and with the record crowds this year everything was packed to the gills.
I did film some shit tho, ill upload some when im fully settled in.
