As of now, all I have to guide me is the sound I record in the beginning. It's a bad habit (animating from scratch), but it make it a heck of a lot more surprising when I'm done. Anyway, I haven't really had to do anything huge yet, so it's worked out.

Harsh, but I guess it's just the way your mom deals with parenting. My mom didn't search my rooms, but if I ever fucked up, she would ground me from 3-6 months. That's right, 3-6 months.

It's Warm

Today its supposed to get up to about 70 degrees for basically the first time this year. I'm wearing some shorts and everything. Sadly, a bunch of guys are all going to the beach, but I have class. Its so tragic.

Wow, thats a quite a long grounding. Did you ever fuck up :P? My parents would ground me for a few weeks, take my PC away for a while and have some long talk thing :(. I've never let them find anything like that though >:D.

Term Papers
Okay, so I've been up since 8 am yesterday writing papers, and its now 10 am here. About 4 rockstars later, I have about 18 pages done. I am fucking tired. This is the only thing keeping me going.

I doubt it, too many 13 year old pseudo-masculine kids posted they didnt think they'd be able to keep them around because of what their friends might think. Seriously, read the thread, some of the things the kids say are sad. People so worked up about public and popularity they cant keep a plush unicorn with a penis instead of a horn, gotta love society. But then again, Newgrounds has never really gave a shit on whats hip or whats not, so hopefully they push ahead. I'll buy one, and put it right next to my weight set and my magazine with fast cars.

You have to admit, you're gonna get some funny looks if you buy a unicorn with a penis for a horn, that also has a smaller penis between its legs. We don't live in a society where nudity is generally accepted anyway. Even if the people of newgrounds are more willing to do things that aren't the social norm, when its online its not quite the same as if you're doing it in real life.

Wow, when the weatherman said it would be nice I thought he was just blowing chunks all over the screen and calling it good weather, but he was right! It's really nice out today. So-long computer, I'm playing street hockey!

FBF smooth or jump

Little thing i've noticed, some people liek to have theri character jump into different positions and some have them fbf perfeclty inbetween.

obviously the latter is best for those great with fbf and the former for those who are not that good ( or have high detail characters that make fbf hard)

Actually, over here in America we seem to be the minority in rejecting nudity. Europse teleivision I'm pretty sure can show tits, and even has pr0n on late night. Jumping or FbF!
I reckon both are good but they have there different purposes with different people. Jumping is simpler to do but you can get a nice effect with it same with the FbF but it takes longer.
Jumping is good for those random moments of excitement IMO.

Battlefield 2 Easter Egg!
In BF2, dead people give you the finger! Try it out, next time you go kill someone look at their hands, it looks like they're pointing from a distance but when you actually focus on it you can see that it's the middle finger. That gave me a good chuckle, I found this when I was on a carrier and then a dead guy landed next to me. I had taken a screeny but I didn't save it properly.

Great Week on Newgrounds

i never watch the dynamite thing, onthe nmoon is ok but this new xombie chp... erm..

i was truly underwhelmed by it. yes, tyhe fbf was pretty nice but it juts felt like he was just advertising his stuff whilst giving you a very small amount of story to watch.

kinda like those games where you get one level then you have to buy the full thing to play it all.

it seems like chp 8 and 9 and probs even 10 could of been put into one flash, but instead were cut up to earn another NG award, posibility of movie of the week and a chance of movie of the month, thus winning moneys.

what was even cheaper was that most the sfx came from Duke Nukem 3D.

sadly, due to fanboyism, it's got a really high score and probs will end up with movie of the week and maybe even month. shame really, the earlier xombie chp's were so good.

Needs less action, and more plot. Or less universes with all the plot combined into one effort. A book, a comic series and an animation and (am I right in saying?) a movie all on the same topic are all going to take tolls on the creative effort and dilute it.

Still. Nice episode. Real shame it's so short and the minigun effect looks so cheap... but I didn't mind the wait between episodes nontheless.

I've watched the series since its humble beginnings and I love it. It was a bit more enjoyable way back when but its still good. It was such a Newgrounds-esque series, especially with the murder and torture of the Backstreet Boys.

Re: Nudity

I'm aware that nudity is more acceptable in other societies, I even talked about it today in Drawing II class. Still, we are a prude country do to our puritan heritage. And even if you can find novelty items with penises on them(such as this kids birthday cake I knew in high school) or does not make them any more socially acceptable.
