To complicate things more. I'm from Canada, the artist is from somewhere in the UK and addicting games is stationed in California. A triangle of death spanning 3 different countries.

I have no legal experience or anything, I'm not claiming what I'm saying is 100% accurate but it's the information I've gathered over the years looking in on similar cases across many different things and as far as I'm aware it is accurate. From my understanding and what I've seen unless you can prove beyond reasonable doubt that the other party did in fact agree to it then you're nowhere and emails can easily be faked. I guess you're right about recording, but that would count as proof which I said is probably counted ;)

Yeah, it probably is irrelevant because of the place they're from and the place I'm from, but it was more speaking out loud, probably should have pointed out It's just a silly opinion and I don't have any real legal experience.

True they can, but ag has no reason to fake the emails, and I don't think it's reasonable to assume zuggz did the work expecting no compensation, which is the argument that would have to be made because he without a doubt could prove he did the work. Plus I think there were other people who contributed and got a split so they would be witnesses. Though since it's an international issue I have even less of an idea of the logistics but it's probably enough of an issue that having a trial is a fantasy...

Another point I forgot to mention is that the artist signed a contract with ag licensing something he didn't have full ownership to. That probably has some legal ramifications to.

But anyways... I hope the communications with ag goes well, and that the fgl guys try to help you out too.

I hope you're right. I've gotten in contact with the artist who now says he's planning on playing me but he needs to make the money to do so since it's all spent already... However true that all is.
I'd be super happy if he magically made 2k over the course of a week and sent it straight to me.

Also would be sweet to see a pig fly a jet.

It does seem like he wants to pay me but the main issue for me is... how long will that actually take since he apparently has none now? The longer I'm broke the more the interest shall rape me.

No reply from the sponsor but they're always terribly slow.

I love cuttlefish, they are fascinating things, and they have a huge amount of charachter for what is essentially a squid :P. If you want a cute cuttle, i found a tiny (1") one in a rockpool ages ago, the thing was bubbling around the bucket shooting ink.

This is called a "delay tactic". You're better off getting the money from the sponsor then letting the sponsor chase the other guy down for the money. And dont be afraid to keep sending off emails

I would love a giant ant farm as a pet. Easy to take care off and interesting to study their behavior and what kind of tunnels they tunnel.

Also poetry classes are going great. I'm doing some independent study on campus in my free time. I'm researching all delicious types of poetry... prose and haiku I plan to get into next though I plan to try my hand at writing a monologue.

Furthermore, funky picture is frighteningly funky. Hurray abstract photo-manipulation... or at least I think thats what its called. its fun to experiment with.

I've been very active these last week and few days off work and back at uni. Got a game I'll be uploaded soon I'm sure ya'll will giggle at and been doing a bunch of recording, composing, writing, practicing singing, makin arts, workin on some game docs, and thinkin up even more ideas for future. It's wonderful. I caught myself in somethin' nice.
