It's a good idea to get unimportant crap out of the main forum area so that more topics will be.. good. But I can see it moving too fast and just being a place where people +1 post by replying plainly to people.

Haha I was making an attempt at irony. Most of the general forum is just people trying to get +1 post counts. Im not sure why we display them at all, I bet we would get less spam if there was no record of peoples post count anywhere.

Imagine if people formed an opinion of other users based on their flash submissions, reviews, art submissions, audio submissions and there blog posts. Instead some people make a snapshot based off post count

I do too, I admit that :P But because I don't frequent the general forum I don't do it to hundreds of people a day, just the odd newbie I see in Flash or Video Games and in these forums people generally post more than 1-2 lines, which gives a much better indication of their personality than their posts. I hate it when I see someone post crap and they have a high post count (and I'm sure you all hate it when you see me post too :D), because it means they're just idiotic and spammy. High post count != cool. And that's coming from me, who has a high post count and is cool.

nope. looked through the entire clubs and crews forum and the only one bigger than us is the anime club, with over 57,000 posts.

Wouldn't it be interesting to see different stats displayed in different forums? For example, here, instead of post count we could have batting average (which would make it a tad quicker to get rid of 'illegal' collabs).
Where is/How to would have to have: experience, post count, blams/protection points, medal points and whistle level, just to appeal to all the stat 'lovers' there.

The bulletball thing seems pretty simple to me. He said hes been going 26 years. I dont know about you, but it cost money just to stay alive for that long (food clothes etc) so it seems reasonable that he had to sell everything.

If you've not got exactly the same password/username for everything then (if they have to resort to password pushing) they aren't going to be smart enough to do any damage. You're not a mod, so the worst they could do is make you seem stupid and delete your pms.

Not a bad concept, but it should have taken a few months to go from idea to production if it was ever going to, it was just a table, a ball and some paper.
