Have any of the other sites you frequent being hacked? That'd suck so much. As for passwords, nearly all of mine are a combination of 2 unrelated words and a series of numbers.. I'm not even sure what my passwords are for each site, I just cycle through from what I think it is to what it might be next.. since they're all very similar it doesn't take long, but fuck that whole "different password for each site" thing.

Thoughts of the day. GH:Smash Hits / Greatest Hits is a lousy return for people like me who've bought every GH game since day one and just want to play those songs on the drums / rip the backing tracks, and tents are ridiculously cheap. And new American Gladiators is miles better than our current version of Gladiators.

I think I forced the security features back quite quickly. Now all my passwords are cyptographically hashed with a string at the end.

Honestly? I have no idea. Could just have been something simple like clicking on a link to the "forum" and logging in from there, could be something that read my saved passwords in Firefox. Now I don't think I'm even going to log in unless I can see I'm at the newgrounds front page.

Oh yeah. I restarted it. The method I was using to store the level data was biting me in the ass (all the tiles were defining ALL thier heights - fine in a basic game, nightmarish on something with more than two height differences...) so I redid how the engine was storing data and salvaged most of the rendering algorithms. If someone wants to get me some NICE looking tiles at 64x64 (something, I dunno, Dungeon Keeper inspired) I'll upload the new demo on Monday when I get back to work and rip them off the network there

So you took data from a week or so that you post, while newgrounds takes it from everyday you've been a user?

Though, if your basing it off the days you post and not every day - it would work out differently

well yea pretty much. i should probably (though it would take a while) calculate it from when i actually started posting on the forums. that would probably be a more accurate calculation, yet would probably work out to about the same.

okay so i took the time to completely average out my post average after seeing how easy it is (amount of posts divided by amount of days since first post), and here's my actual post average since i found the BBS.

Well.. yeah, I was a member for months before I started posting, and I went almost 2 years without posting (give or take the odd post) and my post count is nearly 9 a day >: / At one point I was posting up to 100 times a day, hardcore nerd style.
