Don't do it for a while, and then come back to it like 2 weeks later.

I tend to do that when I'm bored with video games.

Get a mate to help you on a project. Someone you know in real life. Helps me heaps.

I'm working on my Art final and the dead line is sooon!
If your wondering why I'm doing Flash animation as a final piece, it's because no one else does it and I'm secretly trying to get more people involved with Flash in Art schools. It hasn't really worked though. A lot of people find it interesting but find the program to be too technical and not artsy enough.

Work with someone who works at the same speed as you.

Its SO much better doing a load of work, then waking up in the morning to a new protoype with all yesterdays work in motion. I find it keeps you totally refreshed and excited about a game if you can find someone to work with like this.

As for solo projects, I guess just keep yourself inspired. I dunno, I think thats one of the biggest reasons I ended up getting into making games, its just easy to keep yourself inspired and interested in a project compared to sitting on your ass for 2 months in solitude making 4 minutes of animation.

I just watch loads of animations good and bad. The good motivate me and the bad helps me understand what they're doing wrong.

Definately helps if you need to get things done

I don't have school for possibly TWO WEEKS because two people have the Swine Flu. Might have some homework, tests, and stuff, but it's the week of APs, prom, and everything else. How crazy is that?

I'd rather get it right now, because it's less virulent, but still!

Lol! Fantastic.. since it's a PHP project I'd expect her to .. maybe.. use PHP. Someone didn't get past page 2 of "Websites for dummies".

Front Page
I made the Pico Day Eve mistake and posted a game the day before Pico Day. My game got completely bypassed for front page consideration even though it got a 4.3. Shucks!

Cohabitation
Fiance is moving in next month. Hilarity about to ensue.

Ok so i will try and improve my aim but thats as far as my compromising goes, but i aint gonna put up the toilet seat. I am standing my ground dammit.

Throat hurts now :( Oh wells.
