Networking

I love my job. I'm working at a bank right now and I have the rare oppertunity of meeting a variety of business owners, in all fields. Small business owners are my favorite because it's like a candy shop. They present so many oppertunities and are very trusting of you.

Today I met one of the owners of Inventoractive, a company that develops promotional video games for other businesses. They work with mostly C++ but I talked to him and probably managed to get him into the Flash platform for internet games as well. That being said, I might be able to get my hand into this honey pot. It's really exciting. The company looks very promising. Plus, I'm guessing some of the employees worked for Tiburon, the local EA studio, so if I can get in their good graces they can probably help me get into that studio and work my way from there. It's very presumptuous of me I know but the oppertunity is present and I'm going to work hard to follow it to fuition.

Also, if any of you guys have a website development job and/or small business let me know and I can definetly get you some referrals. It'll be mutually beneficial seeing as some of these small businesses have promise, just a lack of resources.

Well besides the fact that the bottom one looks the exact same from the top just the shading is less significant from the gay zombie >.> (like..alpha..)

Not the best in the world, but if I'm gonna get this game finished before summer's up I need to sacrifice a little in the way of painstaking animation.

I think if the walk animation had the zombies arm reaching rather than bent at the elbow, and his fist clutching at the air, it'd be slightly less wussy.

The second Sprite on the top is great. I love the sleeve-fall. That's something a lot of people would completely overlook and it makes the movement look much more natural. Nice job man.

i got the 6x8 Intuos 3 for christmas, i had to sacrifice my birthday present too but it was SO worth it =D

i got my first one i think last year? and i loved it. it was a graphire 4 x 5 tho =(. i really wanna try a bigger bambo one. are they good?

Bamboo are like.. the low end tablet. Intuos is "proffessional grade" then cintiq *drool* is like.. the unneccisary monitor-is-the-tablet one. XD GOod thing about bamboo though is when your just using it for animating or whatever, its a good affordable one =D
