You're probably on too easy a difficulty setting :P Gameplay is a lot more intense and lasts a lot longer when you have to be on your toes all the time and watch patrols to avoid getting your face blown off.

As far as the whole thing goes, it's either a really, really great game (if you skip all the cutscenes especially) or one of the best movies ever created.

I have the feeling I'm getting pretty close to the end.

I like Lost Odyssey because it's so cinematic and the graphics are gorgeous but it ends up being 4 discs. I wish the cinematics in that game were longer because the transition from cinematic to gameplay almost breaks the spell of the game. I'm curious to see how MGS4 stacks up.

I don't think I could sit there for more than five minutes...especially THIRTY just watching a cinematic. It might actually kill me, with the thought that I could be shooting up badguys at an infinite rate. That's torture.

Just think about it this way, it makes your stuff look better!

It's also what makes Nwgrounds...Newgrounds, because it's not just the best of the best, and allows new people to make things and grow / develop into better animators and actionscripters. I feel like its a great aspect to the site.

Thankfully they've included a pause option during cut-scenes this time round. I never got why games didn't use to do that to begin with.

summer vacation is near

Yo, that was pretty cool, and I like your flip entrance, but the hand movement in the end was really unnecessary. That thing the other team did at 6:05ish was AWESOME, especially with the coordination.

Today I was walking through my neighborhood when I noticed that someone's screen fell off their window from the third story and was now sitting in the middle of the road. I went up to the front door to tell my neighbor. Some woman answers.

"Hey, your screen is in..."

"YES WE KNOW."

"Okay, well I was just going to tell you, I just didn't want it to get run over."

So I start walking over to pick it up so I can move it to the side of the road for them.

"DONT PICK IT UP! DONT MOVE IT!"

Now the husband wonders what's going on, so he comes over and starts telling me not to pick it up as well. So I have two people yelling at me not to move it or pick it up.

"Okay, I was just worried."

So I walk off, screen still in the road and just yelled at. I guess that's what I get for trying to help.

Gemcraft won't be on other sites for about a month. It's currently an armor games exclusive and got sponsored for a hefty (take a breath) 16k if I've been informed correctly. It's a kick ass game and very well presented, it's doing great so far, AG shouldn't have any problems getting their money back from it.

srsly. i reviewed and the "author" posted in the abusive review thread and got it reviewed, saying that i said it was stolen and should be blammed. i said that i considered it stolen because that's exactly what this person did, but i never said anything about blamming it.

what do you guys think? :S
