I think we once had a thread called 'Show NG what you're working on', I can't seem to find it right now. There's always the Showcase Thread though.

Also, I almost accidentally posted a link to pr0n instead of a link to the showcase thread, now that would've been embarrassing. Heat + alcohol does not positively effect my mental capabilities.

Binary is a system of numbers by 0s and 1s, which is what computers are based on, so:
0 = 1
1 = 2
10 = 3
11 = 4
100 = 5
101 = 6
110 = 7
111...
It's everything to base two I believe is the right term.

1101 is binary for 13

binary is just another numeral system that uses 2 symbols (0 and 1) to count.
What you use in your everyday life is decimal system, which uses 10 symbols (0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9) to count.

So, in binary
0 is 0
1 is 1
2 is 10
3 is 11
4 is 100
5 is 101
6 is 110
etc..
