Hm, all in all a pretty decent Pico Day. Seemed like there were fewer submissions, but that they were of generally higher quality. Liked Nathaniel Milburn's the best, as per usual.

Yeah, it's a great show. I also heard it's actually going in to yet another season... somehow.

Collab:

I had an idea for a collaboration. Not sure if it's any good or not but, I'm not sure it would work.

My idea was, a collab where every little sound, including music had to be made from noises made from your mouth. But then I realized my voice sounds like a 5 year old on helium.

I had an equally interesting idea where people had to animate a song... and sing the lyrics as well. They'd have to record themselves singing into a microphone, splice the singing sound file into the music file, and animate it. It would have been called The Karaoke Collab.

I would have actually made this, but I'd have to only let in post-pubescent people. XD

It seemed like a good idea at the time...

What the HELL? Computers can't animate stuff. You can't just type in "K NOW GET SHOT" and the guy does it- How can you have animations without someone having to animate it first? This makes no sense to me.

I get how you could script for something like basic dynamic self preservation, and I get how you can script a dynamic walk cycle based on the shape of the ground, but seriously: Some of the reactions and body language is fucking phenomenal when you consider that nobody's made a single keyframe.
This Euphoria business has got me totally confused.

Kay, so I made a "terribly" crappy game that I submitted for the Rock Out AG contest about a year ago, or however long ago. It got only like 1500 views on NG...and I decided why not see if Addicting Games will even take it. I then decided to look back on the past...130,000 views!?

OH GOOD Kayn is a mod now, thought it would never happen :).

My new game cloud jumper was released but somebody told me that the other author kokosam asked him and a ton of other users to 0 my game so he could take my award. Bummer, I had a 3.88 and then 5 minutes later its 3.72, sucks... so much

Bah that's stupid. I saw his game, and it looked pretty 'professional'. Too bad the guy wasn't :( I hate it when people do that. I mean, in the end it's just an award.. which could get you a lot more publicity, BUT just an award :(

The submissions lacked in amount, but yes, I must agree. The quality of the submissions were rather impressing. So that's all that counts. I can't wait to see whom won what. :)

I've always thought of him as an unofficial mod :P So doesn't make much difference to me in my perception of him. Except for the yellow aura itself, that will take a while to get used to.
