Why is there a post limit? The post count doesn't mean ANYTHING at all. If you have a high post count you could still be immature on the forums.

Who sayd anything about immature stuff? and I believe post count does matter, well...call me crazy, but I think, I THINK, rating peoples posts was one of the options in this thread.

And higher post counts tends to mean you HAVE matured on the BBS and know when to act and when not to act.

So in my final response. Why not have a post limit?

I gave up on reviewing long ago. They're either good and don't need critiquing, so bad that no amount of advice will help, or somewhere in between and just need practice, which I assume is obvious to them.

True in a lot of cases but there are of course many exceptions. Quality over quantity is my view. However, I agree with a post limit for this topic. People with sub-1000 posts are probably not known by many. It also probably means they haven't been around for a very long time. This makes the job of a rating very hard.

Also, there's already loads of requests and there'd just be more if anyone could be rated.

Doubt anyone will get to me, but what the heck. Please rate me.
